Parent-Child Partner Yoga
This fun and engaging class invites parent-child pairs to strengthen, stretch, laugh and calm their mind and body together. With our busy lifestyles, it is truly a gift for parents and children to simultaneously take care of themselves and enjoy time with one another.

How is class structured?
This live-online class begins with a theme and centering practice followed by 30 minutes of yoga (including partner yoga) and a game. Parent-child pairs then settle onto their mats for a guided visualization.
Jamie Lynn is a registered children’s yoga teacher with specialized training in the therapeutic benefits of yoga for children. She is a Self-Compassion for Children and Caregivers teacher and teacher trainer.
